Eklavya Vidyapeeth ("Eklavya Vidyapeeth", "we", "us", or "our") is a coaching institute based at Jintur, Maharashtra, India, offering preparation programs for JEE, Medical (NEET), and Foundation courses. We operate the website www.eklavyavidyapeeth.in (the "Website") and any related enquiry forms, student portal, and online services (together, the "Services").
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit the Website, submit an enquiry or admission form, contact us, or sign in using your Google Account. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy is published in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We only collect information that we actually need in order to respond to you and provide our coaching services.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive a limited set of profile information from your Google Account. This is described in detail in Section 3 below.
We do not collect sensitive financial data on this Website. We never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or Google Account password. Fee payments are handled in person at the institute or through a payment provider's own secure page.
Where we offer "Sign in with Google", authentication is performed by Google. We never see or store your Google Account password. After you grant permission on Google's consent screen, we receive only the following basic profile information:
We use this information for one purpose only: to create and secure your account, to identify you when you return, and to associate you with your admission or course records. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Limited Use disclosure. Eklavya Vidyapeeth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can withdraw our access to your Google Account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops any further sharing of Google data with us; to also delete data we already hold, write to us using the contact details in Section 13.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
Enquiry information that does not lead to admission is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Records of enrolled students are retained for the duration of the course and for a further period as required for academic records, accounting, and legal compliance. Account information linked to Google Sign-In is deleted when you close your account or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it by law.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit, restricted access to student records, and password-protected systems. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

Many of our students are below 18 years of age. Where a student is a minor, admission enquiries and account registration must be made by a parent or legal guardian, and we process the student's information on the basis of that parent's or guardian's consent. We collect only the information needed to deliver coaching, and we do not use children's data for tracking or behavioural advertising. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or ask us to delete their child's information at any time.
The Website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services. Please read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
