These terms set out the rules for using the Eklavya Vidyapeeth website and online services, and the understanding between you and the institute.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Eklavya Vidyapeeth ("Eklavya Vidyapeeth", "we", "us", or "our"), a coaching institute located at Jintur, Maharashtra, India. They govern your use of www.eklavyavidyapeeth.in (the "Website") and any related enquiry forms, student portal, and online services (together, the "Services").
By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or signing in to our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eklavya Vidyapeeth provides classroom coaching and related academic support for JEE (Main & Advanced), Medical / NEET, Foundation (Classes 9-10), and Pre-Foundation (Classes 7-8) programs. The Website provides information about these programs, fee structures, achievements, and contact details, and may provide a student portal for schedules, study material, and results.
Information published on the Website — including course details, fee amounts, discounts, batch timings, and results — is for general information and may be updated at any time. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer; admission is confirmed only after the institute accepts your application and the applicable fee is paid.
You may use the Services if you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services and for all fees payable.
Some features may require an account. Where we offer "Sign in with Google", authentication is handled by Google and we receive only basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier) after you approve it. We never receive your Google Account password.
How we handle account data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Never share payment credentials. Eklavya Vidyapeeth will never ask for your UPI PIN, card CVV, OTP, or net-banking password by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Pay only at the institute office or through an official payment channel, and always collect a receipt.
Refund eligibility, deductions, and timelines are governed by the refund policy provided in the admission form and prospectus at the time of enrolment. Registration and admission charges are generally non-refundable. Any approved refund is paid to the person who made the original payment, through the original payment method where practicable. For a refund request, write to the institute office with your name, batch, and receipt details.
When using the Services, you agree not to:
Students are additionally expected to follow the institute's discipline, attendance, and examination rules communicated at the time of admission.
All content on the Website and in our courses — including the Eklavya Vidyapeeth name and logo, text, graphics, layout, study material, question banks, test papers, and recordings — is owned by or licensed to Eklavya Vidyapeeth and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print material for your own personal, non-commercial study. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
The Services rely on and link to third-party providers, including Google (sign-in, fonts, maps) and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the Website available, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
No guarantee of results. Past results, ranks, selections, and success rates shown on the Website describe the performance of previous students. They are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of any individual student's result in JEE, NEET, board examinations, or any other assessment, which depends on the student's own effort and many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eklavya Vidyapeeth and its faculty, staff, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, expected results, or data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Services is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us for the course period in which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, the institute's discipline rules, or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to our systems. You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to close your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before using the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts at Parbhani, Maharashtra, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and takes effect when posted. If you continue to use the Services after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
